Refund Policy

At KuwaitCavarat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

Eligible Items:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. The item must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 working days, and our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund.

Condition:

Please note that the item must be new, unused, sealed, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.

Fees:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Refund Method:

Customers must contact our support team to request a return. Once approved, our courier will arrange a pickup from the customer’s address.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued via WAMD transfer or secure payment link.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are not provided in cash and will be processed only via WAMD transfer or payment link.

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
